About Chef Lydia
German born and making chocolate by hand since 1981, Chef Lydia was trained by French chocolatiers and continues making fine European chocolates today. Of particular note, and especially rare, is that Chef Lydia is very knowledgeable about the health & wellness benefits of chocolate, citing documented studies on heart-benefits, anti-depressive & anti-stress benefits, even enhancing pleasurable activities like time in the bedroom!
