Today, America the beautiful is the world's 4th largest producer of wine, only behind Italy, France and Spain (nevermind they had a 3,000 year head-start). And what is growing faster than our 8,000 wineries? Cheeseries--places making cheese! Not only is the world turning heads towards our world-class wines, but our cheese is to die for!

My husband and I wanted something different to do and this certainly lived up to our expectations. Michael was interesting and informative and the class was so enjoyable. We had a ball and learned something new at the same time...cheese and chocolate...YUM! Plan to attend many more~
