Level II is designed to take new wine enthusiasts into more unchartered territory. While building on the lessons of Level I, tasting & terroir are taken to new heights. Remember, you serve two masters in wine: knowledge attainment and palate development. Join us to learn the following:

    1. How does terroir shape the taste & style of a wine?
  2. Class Two: Cellaring & Aging Wine
    1. How do you tell if wines are age worthy?
    2. Analyze the primary, secondary, and tertiary flavors in AGED wine!
    3. What makes a great wine GREAT?
  3. Class Three: Food & Wine Pairing
    1. What to drink with what you eat!
  4. Class Four: Six-Course Tasting Menu
    1. A fun, social occasion that shows surprising food & wine relationships through a wine dinner.

    Course will include:

  • Spiral-Bound Full Color Instructional Course guide
  • Tasting of HI-END wines
  • Lecture/Tasting on the following regions:
    • Italy
    • France
    • Spain
    • USA
    • Germany
